Children must come first, expert says, and 'Great by 8' says it's good economics

The Children's Movement of Florida's chair Dave Lawrence, delivered a speech at the Kentucky “Great by 8” conference yesterday, he challenged the state to put children first. Great by 8 is a statewide initiative to educate and engage local communities to improve economic growth through advocacy for early childhood education. The conference continues today in Louisville.
