Florida's children need your help...

Dear Honorable Leaders:

One of the key objectives of the Children's Movement is to increase the number of children that have access to the KidCare health insurance program in Florida.

The Children’s Movement of Florida urges you to support the proposed KidCare language (SB 1972) in the final Medicaid Reform package that requires county public school systems to share the data of children receiving the free lunch program with KidCare. This would trigger a substantial increase in the number of children with access to the KidCare health insurance program.

In tough economic times, families put their children first.

As a leader of our state, your decisions should reflect this core value.
