Bosses for Babies

How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida

All Star Children’s Foundation has a family-friendly culture that embraces work–life balance. They allow flexibility in employee schedules and offer six weeks of paid time off per year, encouraging employees to spend time away from work.  The work they do is difficult and can take an emotional toll on employees, so they feel it is important for them to have time to rest, relax, and reset.  They also offer all full-time employees eight weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave. The organization understands that family comes first, and that is why they encourage employees to take care of themselves first so they can better take care of their work responsibilities.
