Join us for an interactive leadership conversation on maximizing the current and future workforce in our city.
We invite leaders from businesses big and small, no matter where your organization currently stands on family-friendly practices. We hope this conversation will spark new ideas about the challenge of talent recruitment and retention, especially as more employees are asking for benefits that will allow them to contribute fully in the workplace and fulfill their family needs.
This gathering is part of the 10 Days of Connection, a community-wide movement founded in Miami in 2017 with the goal of connecting locals from varied backgrounds to build a stronger and healthier community. The spirit of these 10 days is to gather with people you might not otherwise meet, and to learn and talk about topics that are usually taboo.
