The 2026 Chamber Challenge: Who Will Lead Florida's Families?
Florida's local chambers are competing to see who can recruit the most new Bosses for Babies between January 1 and February 14, 2026, earning statewide recognition (and bragging rights, of course).
The winning chamber will receive:

Make sure your Chamber CEO is officially recognized as a Boss for Babies. If you're not listed yet, complete the short form below today.
Recruit Local Businesses
Encourage employers in your community to join the Bosses for Babies network during January-February 2026. You'll receive a digital toolkit with ready-to-share email and social media templates to make it easy.
Celebrate and Win
We'll tally all sign-ups and announce the winning chamber in March 2026. Winners will be featured in press coverage, social media highlights, and statewide recognition events.
Pro Tip: Some chambers are already planning "Family-Friendly Business Spotlights" or adding the campaign to their newsletters — get creative and make it your own!
