Dianne Jacob is the Senior Vice President and Director of Client and Community Relations with PNC Bank. She leads her team in developing sponsorships and grants throughout the west coast of Florida and Orlando.
She has spent the last 38 years in Tampa, Florida and has immersed herself in all aspects of community building. Dianne was a member of Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class XXVIII, Leadership Education Class III, served on the LF Board of Directors, and worked to develop CONNECT Florida and its young professional leadership development program, the CONNECT FLORIDA INSTITUTE. She applies considerable time toward servant leadership, having served on more than 40 Boards of Directors. Through PNC Foundation’s Grow Up Great, Ms. Jacob has focused her community work in early childhood education serving on the board of The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, and Champions for Children. She also developed an early learning initiative, Little Kids, Big Minds, with 12 cultural institutions and Hillsborough Community College’s Early Learning department.
She has been the recipient of numerous awards for her service, the most noteworthy being the prestigious Parke Wright III Leadership Award given to a distinguished alum of Leadership Tampa and the Leadership Florida Chairman’s Award for valuable contribution to the creation of the CONNECT Florida Statewide Leadership Institute.
She currently serves on the board of directors for the Tampa General Hospital Foundation, Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, Tampa Downtown Partnership, Champions for Children, and Tampa Museum of Art.
