Bio

Tasheba Berry, with over two decades of early education experience, is a renowned speaker and an exemplary figure.

One of her central missions is to impart the belief that there is always a "next level" one can attain, primarily through the power of reading. She  has owned and operated a Family Childcare Home and Childcare center for 13 years, demonstrating her practical expertise in early childhood education and business management. Furthermore, she currently serves as the Legislative Liaison for the Family Childcare Home Association, leveraging her experience to advocate for policies that support the needs of childcare providers and families. In addition to her extensive professional experience, Tasheba has been a mentor for the Business Leadership Institute for the past 11 years, guiding emerging leaders in early education and business management. Her dedication to mentoring reflects her commitment to nurturing the next generation of professionals and fostering continuous growth and development within the industry.

Tasheba is deeply passionate about advocating for the delivery of high-quality services within the early learning environment. Her qualifications include two degrees in Early Childhood Education and Business Management. As a tireless advocate for youth, educators, and parents, Tasheba has embarked on a nationwide journey alongside influential organizations, championing the cause of making the world a better place through business development and education.
