How This Boss Makes an Impact for Children in Florida
Florida Children's Museum's mission is to curate the world for all children to explore. Part of curating these learning experiences is inviting the grownups to get involved. We value those adult-child interactions that make "ah-ha" moments so powerful. For over 30 years, the children's museum has had a child-friendly office policy. All staff and their dependents are given free telehealth that includes mental health counseling and nutritional services. Our generous PTO policy is for both hourly and salaried employees and includes paid parental leave. Being family-friendly is part of our mission and will always extend to our team.
