Matt joined Avocat Group immediately after graduating with a double major in Real Estate and Business Management from Florida State University, making it the foundation of his successful career. He has developed deep expertise in workplace optimization and utilization, helping clients design efficient and strategic real estate solutions tailored to their unique needs.


Throughout his career, Matt has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex real estate transactions, delivering measurable value to his clients while building long-term partnerships rooted in trust. As a 6th-generation Tampa resident, Matt is proud of his deep ties to the local community.
