She holds Master’s degrees from NYU and Teachers College, Columbia University, and brings over 20 years of senior management experience. Sandra’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to conceptualize, start, and grow The Lucy Project over the past four years into an impactful force for educational equity.

As a business leader, Sandra’s expertise spans recruiting, training, and managing teams of various sizes. Her successful track record in growing organizations and securing key partnerships extends across domestic and international projects. Sandra’s dedication to building sustainable organizations and cultivating strategic relationships lies at the core of The Lucy Project’s mission to reshape literacy education and unlock brighter futures for all students.
