Sean Estes is the managing partner of Hoyer Law Group, PLLC, in Tampa, Florida. With over a decade of experience, Sean has handled a range of employment, whistleblower, and class action cases. He is recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in employment law, distinguishing him among Florida's top attorneys under 40.
Sean has played key roles in significant consumer and whistleblower cases, including one of the largest consumer class action lawsuits ever, involving 200 million individuals and achieving substantial settlements for victims of payday loan rollover schemes. He also secured a favorable trial verdict in a whistleblower retaliation case against a major financial institution.

A proud "Double-Gator," Sean earned his B.A. and J.D., both cum laude, from the University of Florida while cheering for several national championships. A dedicated Ferguson-White Inn of Court member since 2010, Sean has led CLE courses on legal ethics and cloud computing. In his free time, Sean enjoys Tampa sports, fantasy football, and spending time with his wife and two children.
